It comprises a compact, robust antenna mounted on the roof of your vehicle, which tracks the satellite while moving and a transceiver that can be rack-mounted inside your vehicle for optimum stability.

The Explorer 727 delivers near maximum bandwidth available on the BGAN network for Standard IP data applications and up to 128kbps for Streaming IP. It provides reliable voice and high-speed data connectivity for emergency responders, aid, media and other commercial sector organisation workers, such as in oil and gas and mining, irrespective of where or the terrain through which they are driving.

The units interconnect with just a single cable and are powered by a 12 or 24V battery system. All you need to do is switch on the antenna to log on to the BGAN network that gives you global coverage. The system also provides a high-speed data connection for your PC, and you can even make phone calls and receive faxes in the space of your rugged jeep, dirty truck, classic sedan, luxury convertible, or other. Simply put, the Explorer 727 does not care about the state of your ride, or how fast you are going. It just works and hooks you to the world.

Setting up your Explorer 727 is quick and very easy. The system automatically finds the BGAN network after power-on. Just plug in a phone, fax or laptop and you are online and ready to go.
