FleetBroadband Terminal Rebates from Satworx

Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions (“Rebate Terms”) govern the FoneBill LLc (“Satworx”) hardware rebate program described herein (the “Program”) for the Inmarsat FleetBroadband terminal and services to be provided to the “Customer.” Other than as specifically provided for herein, the provision of all Satworx equipment and services, including service and equipment under the Program, is governed by the Satworx Mobile Satellite Services and Equipment Terms and Conditions as posted on the Satworx web site, www.Satworx.com (“Web Terms”). To the extent that the Bundle Terms are inconsistent with the Web Terms, the Bundle Terms shall take precedence.
  2. Offer valid for newly commissioned SIM cards only.
  3. The Terminal shall be used with Satworx-provided airtime only. Satworx reserves the right to SIM-lock the Terminal to Satworx without further notice.
  4. The offer is valid for new equipment orders from Satworx received by June 30, 2010.
  5. Customer will be invoiced for the terminal at their full regular rate. Satworx will issue a credit to the customer’s account upon receiving and validating a claim form.
  6. The SIM card must remain activated on the relevant airtime plan for the full contract period. Any early termination, upgrade or downgrade will result in Satworx charging a penalty equal to the credited amount.
  7. All claim forms received after June 30, 2010 will be considered void.
  8. Orders and activations benefitting from this promotion are excluded from any other Satworx promotion.
  9. Customer is responsible for any additional fees including, but not limited to: applicable taxes, licensing fees, and installation and upgrade fees.
  10. Satworx will endeavor to ensure equipment is available at all times to fulfill these orders, but cannot be held responsible for any stock-outs, shipment delays or activation delays.

Crew Calling

ChatCard can be used by crew for calling home, email, SMS and now with ChatCard Data, can be used for Internet access, such as instant messaging and web browsing on a FleetBroadband terminal. As usage is deducted from the prepaid ChatCard, all crew communications are independent from operational communication expenses.
