 The Sattrans satellite phone car kit is a docking unit with cradle for your Iridium 9505A handset. The vehicle kit can actually be used in a car, truck or boat.
The phone will charge when placed in the cradle and a speakerphone makes for easy and safe handsfree communications while you traverse the Siberian tundra or Amazon rain forest. A privacy handset is available as well. This car kit is well priced for leisure pursuits or simply to add a layer of security if you live/work in an area with poor cellular coverage – we all know there are plenty of those.
